HgⅡ选择性吸附试纸的制备

摘要 利用聚烯丙基胺盐酸盐与带负电荷汞络离子之间的相互作用,将带负电荷的汞络离子包夹在聚烯丙基胺盐酸盐分子之间并负载于滤纸上,然后脱去汞络离子制成纸基汞络离子选择性吸附试纸。用该试纸测定汞离子溶液其线性范围为0.1μmol/L^50μmol/L,检测限为0.07μmol/L。与其他汞离子检测方法相比,该汞离子检测方法具有装置制作简单、携带方便、检测成本低等特点。 Based on the interaction between polyallylamine hydrochloride molecules and Hg II complex,the Hg II complex was sandwiched between polyallylamine hydrochloride molecules,which were then loaded on filter paper. After removing Hg II complex,the Hg II selective adsorption test paper was constructed. Using this Hg II selective adsorption test paper to measure Hg2 +solution,the linear range for Hg2 +was 0. 1 ~ 50 μmol / L,and the detection limit was 0. 07 μmol / L. Compared with other analysis method for Hg2 +,this study method has the advantages of easy fabrication,convenient operation and low detection cost.
