摘要
以鸡蛋为试验对象,进行不同的敲击材料、测点、敲击速度、质量、蛋壳强度情况下的敲击振动试验。用加速度传感器获取振动信号,并对该振动信号进行傅里叶变换,提取特征参数。结果表明:不同敲击材料、测点、敲击速度对主响应频率没有太大影响,而质量和蛋壳强度却对主响应频率有较显著的影响,随着质量的增加,主响应频率下降,随着蛋壳强度的增加,主响应频率增大。
An experimental system was established under different conditions of impacting materi- als, detected points, excitation points, impacting velocities, mass and eggshell strengths for eggs. The do- main signal was received by the acceleration sensor and analyzed. Results showed that the dominant fre- quency was not significantly affected by the different impacting materials, detected points, excitation points, impacting velocities. It was the significantly affected by the mass and eggshell strength. The dom- inant frequency increased with the decrease of the mass, and increased with the increase of the strength of eggshell.
