摘要
采用晶种作为晶形控制剂,采用碳化法制备了亚微米纺锤形碳酸钙。研究了晶种添加量、碳化起始温度等因素对碳酸钙颗粒形貌的影响。采用透射电镜(TEM)、BET法比表面积测试等对样品的形貌和性能进行了表征。结果表明:晶种在碳化过程中具有异相成核作用,提供成核位点,使生成的碳酸钙微晶在其表面生长成纺锤形。在碳化起始温度为30-35℃、品种添加量为20%(质量分数)条件下,可制备单个颗粒粒径为400~600nm、长径比为4的亚微米纺锤形碳酸钙。
The sub-micron spindle shaped calcium carbonate was prepared with seed crystal by gas-liquid carbonation method. Factors ,such as seed crystal additive amount and initial carbonation temperature ,affecting the morphology of calcium carbonate were studied.The morphology and properties of products were analyzed by TEM and BET etc..Results showed that seed crystals provided the nucleation sites and the CaCO3crystals grew on the surface of seed crystals.The sub-micron spindle shaped CaCO3 with major axis of 400-600 nm and aspect ratio up to 4 can be prepared at the initial temperature of 30-35 ℃ and with seed crystal mass fraction of 20%.
