新形势下高等职业教育考试招生制度改革之思考

On the Reform of Current Examination and Enrollment System of Higher Vocational Education in China

在国家大力发展高等职业教育的时代背景下,高职院校应主动迎接市场挑战,采取多种措施,不断提高高等职业教育人才选拔培养的质量。然而,目前我国高等职业教育考试招生制度暴露出招生结构不够合理、招考偏重文化取向、生源减少等突出问题,制约了高等职业教育的发展。为此,需转变思想观念,采取放宽入学条件、优化招生结构、调整普职比、加大扶持力度等措施,促进高等职业教育健康持续发展。

Under the background of the vigorous development of higher vocational education in the country,higher vocational institutions should take the initiative to meet market challenges.One of the requirements is to adopt the corresponding measures to continuously improve the quality of talent selection in enrollment system.However,the current unreasonable system restricts the development of professional education,which is reflected in its inappropriate structure,too much emphasis on examination performance,and the reduction of applicants.To solve these problems and to promote the healthy and sustainable development of higher vocational education,a range of measures should be taken,among which the most efficient will be a change to new perception,a more opening enrollment,an optimized enrollment structure,an adjustment of ratio between academic education and vocational education,and increasing support efforts in policy.
