摘要 初中生综合素质评价的实施虽然对推动基础教育的深层次改革起到了一定的积极作用,但仍然存在亟待解决的重要问题。因此进一步完善初中生综合素质评价,一是要依靠建立社会认同机制、落实社会监控和问责机制、加大资金上的投入,来创设良好的有利于初中生综合素质评价实施的制度环境;二是要充分发挥多元主体在初中生综合素质评价中各自独特的作用,使评价成为多主体共同参与和协商的活动;三是要发挥学生成长记录袋的积极作用,成长记录袋的建立、使用要与教学有机结合起来,使学生综合素质评价的结果在学生的发展过程中累积而成。 Although the implementation of the comprehensive quality evaluation of junior middle school students has played a positive role in promoting the deep reform of basic education,but there are still important issues to be resolved.So to further improve the comprehensive quality evaluation of junior high school students,firstly,it is necessary to face the constraints of the current social environment correctly,through the establishment of mechanisms of social identity and social control mechanisms,put security system into effect in order to carry out comprehensive quality assessment effectively.Secondly,playing full of the function on multiple subjects in the middle school student's comprehensive quality assessment,so that it becomes a multi- subject participation and consultation activity.Finally,in order to make the Students Growing up Track Portfolio play an active role in the assessment,the establishment and use of the portfolio ought to combine with teaching,make the results of comprehensive quality evaluation process in the accumulation of student development,improve the comprehensive quality evaluation of junior middle school students.
