摘要
基于互联网的在线社区技术的日臻成熟和普及应用,为自学考试积极推进网络助学、提升学习支持服务水平提供了条件。本研究通过对580名在线学习的自考生进行问卷调查和分析,初步探究了自考生群体参加网上学习活动、学员之间交流状况以及对社区学习效果的反应。结果发现:1)自考生的网上学习活动表现为以教师和资料为中心、主动性和互动性差、学员之间未能建立起密切关系等特点;2)自考生对于网上社区诸多方面的学习支持作用和效果都给予了认可和积极评价;3)学习参与、网上交流和效果评价等三个模块相互之间都存在着相关关系,且均达到了非常显著水平;4)学员们对于网上学习社区的改进建议,主要涉及学习资料、教师指导、社会性交流和降低费用等四个主题。
With the rapid development of online learning community technology,it provides a way to promote the learning supports for a better serving the self-taught learners.This survey study investigates the participation,interaction and effectiveness of online learning community for the Self-taught Examinations with the data from 580 registered online learners.The study found that:1)The students' online learning behaviors were characterized with taking tutor and learning materials as a center,a low participation and interaction rate,close relationship was under established among students.2) There were significantly correlations between each of the three factors of online participation,communication and effectiveness recognition.3) The students give positive feedback to the effectiveness of the online learning community.4) Their suggestions to reform the learning community could be summarized as four main topics,including learning resources,tutors' guide,social interaction and lower cost as well.
