摘要
丹麦博士生教育历史悠久,但现代学位系统的建立相对较晚。本文论述了丹麦博士生教育的现状,总结了丹麦博士生教育的三大特点:小而精的教育模式,对博士生的资助金额高,重视校企联合培养博士。在此基础之上,本文提出了丹麦博士生教育对中国博士生教育发展的若干启示。
The doctoral education in Denmark has a long history,but modern degree system established relatively late. This paper discusses the status of doctoral education in Denmark,summarizes three characteristics of doctoral education in Denmark： small and excellent education mode,a great deal of subsidy on doctors,emphasis on university-enterprise joint training Ph. D. On this basis,this paper analyzing the characteristics of Danish doctoral education is for the development of doctoral education in China.
