摘要
在"追求人本、平等、开放、和谐的民主教育"的办学理念引领下,江苏省徐州市民主路小学以"民主教育"为主题,既注重用学校文化来统领课程文化,又关注课程的历史性,在学校现有课程的基础上设计课程体系,以愿景引领为基点、以素养指向为理念、以功能组合为定位、以立体贯通为路径进行校本课程的顶层架构。在实践中,不断尝试开发课程内容,开掘课程品质,力求构建充满生命张力的"树"型课程体系,让每个儿童在饶沃的课程土壤中舒枝展叶,绽放生命的光彩。
Under the teaching concept of "pursuit humanism,equality,open and harmonious democratic education",Democratic Road Primary School with "democratic education"as the theme,not only pays attention to the school culture to guide curriculum culture,but also pays attention to the course of history,designs curriculum system based on the existing school curriculum. Take the vision to lead as the basic point,take the accomplishment direction as the concept,take the function combination as the orientation,and take the threedimensional through as the path to carry on the top level structure of school- based curriculum. In the practice,we should constantly try to develop curriculum content,dig the teaching quality,and strive to construct the "tree"curriculum system with full life tension to make each child bloom life splendor in the course.
