摘要
近年来,英才教育已经成为国际教育界研究的热点问题。基于笔者所在研究团队多年来对英才教育培养模式和课程资源开发的实践,尤其是对英才儿童的内在特质、英才教育课程设计、英才教育办学特色、智力与非智力因素协同培养英才教育模式等方面的研究与探索,构建小学英才教育的培养目标、课程体系、师生评价体系,以期从实践操作层面为推动英才教育模式的发展提供参考。
In recent years,elite education has become a hot issue in the international education research. We set up talents training target,curriculum system,evaluation system of teachers and students based on our researches and explorations on training mode and curriculum development of elite education,especially internal characteristics of gifted children,gifted education curriculum design,education school characteristics,intelligence and non intelligence factors of collaborative,hoping to provide reference for the promotion of elite education from practice.
