传统风貌村镇区域调查方法与评估体系研究——以昆明市传统风貌村镇调查为例

Study on the Regional Survey Method and Evaluation System of Traditional Village and Town Area:Investigation of Traditional Villages and Towns in Kunming City

本文以《昆明市域传统村落调查及保护策略研究》的实际课题项目为基础。通过理论结合实际的前期筛选方法,多层次的缩小、明确调查范围,有效地提高了实施调查工作效率,克服了大区域调查的普遍困难,深入走访了昆明市域中的136个传统村落。并且结合实际调研情况,构建"1+X"评价体系,对136个传统村落进行综合打分、分级,为昆明市域传统风貌村镇有计划的保护和可持续的发展奠定基础。

This paper is based on the actual project of ＂The Research on the Traditional Village Investigation and Protection Strategy of Kunming＂.Through pre screening methods linking theory with practice,narrowing the multi-level,clearing the scope of the investigation,we effectively improved the efficiency of investigation work,and overcome generally difficulty of the large survey area to visit 136 traditional villages in Kunming city domain indepth.And combined with the actual research situation,we built a ＂1＋X＂ evaluation system,scoring and grading the 136 traditional villages,to lay a foundation for the planned protection and sustainable development for the traditional villages and towns of Kunming City.
