跨界地区规划编制探索——以新疆头屯河沿岸综合整治规划为例

The Exploration of Cross-boundary Area Planning Compilation:The Case of the Comprehensive Improvement Planning of the Coastal Areas of Toutun River in Xinjiang

近年来,跨界地区的发展成为了城市乃至区域之间协调的重点,跨界地区的规划编制越来越受到重视。本文以新疆头屯河沿岸地区总体规划的编制为例,分析了跨界地区规划编制的难点,并从规划编制的技术、规划组织和规划编制方法三个层面提出了跨界地区规划编制的建议。

In recent years,the development of cross-boundary areas has become to the focus of coordination between the citys and even the regions,more and more attentions have been paid to the planning of cross-boundary areas.This paper takes the master planning of coastal areas of Toutun River in Xinjiang to analyze the difficulties in the planning of cross-boundary areas,and puts forward some suggestions on the planning compilation of cross-boundary areas from three aspects,including planning compilation technology,planning organization and planning compilation method.
