摘要
CC-Link IE千兆以太网与三菱A800变频器,内置连续稳定、可靠的浮辊控制和张力控制功能。实现实时控制和生产线速度匹配,以及联动线速度匹配和卷取控制精度的要求,并保证制品在冷却和卷取过程中不被拉伸。联动线速度匹配要求速度控制精度高、实时性好,卷取控制要求稳定性好,精度高、张力控制恒定。最终达到提高半成品精度的目的。
