药物及手术治疗隐翅虫所致重症角膜结膜炎的观察

Clinical observation of the treatment of paederus induced severe keratoconjunctivitis

【摘要】目的探讨隐翅虫所致重症角膜结膜炎的临床治疗方法。方法对2012年5月至2015年5月住院的，资料完整的隐翅虫所致重症角膜结膜炎46例（46眼）进行回顾性分析，并探索制定糖皮质激素联合复方甘草酸苷治疗该病的方案。其中，严重患者联合羊膜覆盖术。结果治疗后，角膜结膜炎的眼部刺激症状在24h内明显减轻，合并眼睑皮肤损伤者在治疗3～6d内痊愈，且不留瘢痕。结论糖皮质激素联合复方甘草酸苷，必要时联合羊膜覆盖术治疗隐翅虫所致重症角膜结膜炎有确切效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical treatment of paederus induced severe keratoconjunctivitis. Methods From May 2012 to May 2015, 46 eyes of 46 cases of paederus induced keratoconjunctivitis patients,with complete data, were analyzed retrospectively. The patients were treated by the combination of compound glycyrrhizin and glucocorticoid, the serious patient were combined with amniotic membrane covering. Results After treatment, the keratoconjunctivitis stimulating symptoms were improved significantly within 24 hours. All patients were cured within 3 ~ 6 days and their eyelid lesions healed without scars. Conclusion The treatment of paederus induced severe keratoconjunctivitis through glucocorticoid combined with compound glycyrrhizin and with amniotic membrane covering when necessary is effective.
