雄激素与女性生殖老化的关系 被引量:1

摘要 辅助生殖技术(assisted reproductive technology,ART)能否成功的关键在于获卵数、卵子质量和优质胚胎数。由于生殖老化导致卵泡数量急剧下降,且易出现卵子细胞核异常(包括纺锤体异常和非整倍体异常),颗粒细胞增殖率下降,凋亡率升高,黄素化颗粒细胞经培养后产生的激素水平也急剧下降,
