泡沫混凝土在楼面垫层中的施工技术应用与分析 被引量:2

摘要 泡沫混凝土作为一种发展较快的新型建筑材料,具有材料容重小、整体强度较高、保温效果好、隔声效果好、施工速度快等优点,在施工现场经常用作屋面、住宅室内地暖等位置的填充材料,能较好地满足上述位置对材料自重、材料强度、保温隔热性能的较高要求。某工程中,将泡沫混凝土应用于面积超过10 000 m^2楼面上,在结构构件恒荷载控制极为严格的条件下,满足了设计、施工现场及建设单位的使用要求。通过分析实际案例,对泡沫混凝土的种类选择、配制比例、施工工艺、操作要点、质量控制等方面进行了总结与分析。 As a new type of faster developing building materials, foam concrete has the advantages of small bulk density, high overall strength, thermal insulation effect, good sound insulation effect, fast construction speed and so on. It is widely used as a filling material for roof and indoor warm location and can better meet such higher requirements as material weight, material strength,heat preservation and insulation. In a certain case, the material is employed on the floor of more than 10 000 square meters and it can meet the extremely strict condition of constant load control. This paper analyzes and summarizes type choice, proportion allocation, construction techniques, key operation points and quality control of foam concrete through the practical case.
