都市女性白领的身份危机与地位恐慌——基于上海外企的经验研究

Identity Crisis and Status Panic of Urban Female White-Collars in Metropolis:An Empirical Study of Foreign Enterprises in Shanghai

身份危机和地位恐慌缘于对身份的定位与身份的不确定性。由于社会认同和自我认同的紧张与冲突,都市女白领在个体精神恃仗和群体心理归属之间形成了一种离散的张力。个体与群体的身份竞合、家庭和社会的两难选择,导致都市女性白领的身份迷失。在婚恋和生育这两件关乎身份传递的人生大事上,都市女性白领面临双重抉择的苦痛。沉重的肉身和漂泊的心灵,折射出她们独特的身心节奏。

Identity crisis and status anxiety is the result of the orientation and uncertainty of identity. Due to the intensity and conflict between social identity and self identity,the discrete tension arises from the individual spirit battle and collective psychological attribution of urban female white-collars in metropolis（UFWM）. The concurrence of individual and group,as well as the dilemma choice of family and society,leads to the identity loss of UFWM. UFWM confront choice suffering from the life event of identity transfer,such as love,marriage and giving birth etc. The heavy human body and wandering mind reflect their unique rhythm of body and mind.
