社会工作介入群体性信访事件模式探索——以M市社工介入复员干部群体性信访事件为例

A Research on Social Work Intervention Mode in Group Petition:Based on the Demobilization Cadres Case in M City

随着专业化程度和社会认可度的不断提升,社会工作开始介入各个社会服务领域。社会工作介入群体性信访则属于全新的有益尝试,当前相关研究,理论探索研究较多,实务模式研究较少。本文以M市社工介入复员干部群体性信访事件为例,从何时(when)、何角色(who)、何目标(why)、何对象(what)、如何干预(how)五个角度对社工介入群体信访事件进行分析,探索总结出"5W"实务模式,并提出研究不足,以供后续研究批评探讨。

With the growing specialization and social recognition,social work begins to intervene in various social service areas. However,the intervening in group petition is a totally new meaningful attempt. Most current relevant researches focus on theoretical exploration,less on practical mode. This paper explores a＂5W＂intervention mode by taking the demobilized cadres group petition event in M city as an example,including when to intervene,who intervene,why to intervene,what to be intervened and how to intervene. In the end,the paper puts forward shortages of the research for following studies to improve.
