摘要
目的探讨灼伤整形科护士职业安全感现状,分析其影响因素,以期为建立相应的护士职业安全感体系提供依据。方法 2015年12月,便利抽样法选取上海市交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院的灼伤整形科护士150名为研究对象,采用一般情况调查表、安全感量表(security questionnaire,SQ)对其进行问卷调查,分析其影响因素。结果护士的SQ评分为(2.98±0.56)分。不同年资的护理人员SQ评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。大专及以下护理人员SQ评分高于本科及以上者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同岗位的护理人员SQ评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中级及以上职称的护理人员SQ评分低于初级及以下者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。过去3年经历过医院暴力的护士SQ评分明显低于无此类经历者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),遭受暴力的护士SQ评分明显高于无遭受暴力者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。有职业规划的护士SQ评分明显低于无职业规划者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论灼伤整形科护士的职业安全感主要受年资、职称、工作氛围的人际关系的影响。有关部门应该针对影响因素制定相应措施,全面提高护士职业安全感,稳定护理队伍。
Objective To investigate the influencing factors and current status of sense of security for nurses in department of burns and plastic surgery,in order to provide the evidence for improving the nurses’sense of security.Methods By convenience sampling,150 cases were selected and investigated by general questionnaire,security questionnaire (SQ),and the influencing factors were analyzed.Results The SQ scores were(2.98±0.56).The statistical significance of SQ scores was found between nurses with different seniority (P〈0.05).SQ score of nurses with low educational level was higher than nurses with bachelor degree (P 〈0.05 ).The statistical significance of SQ score was found between nurses with different positions (P〈0.05).The SQ scores of nurses with intermediate certificate and above were lower than nurses with primary designation and below (P〈0.05).The SQ score of the nurses who had experi-enced the hospital violence in last 3 years were significantly lower than that of the nurses with no such experience (P〈0.05).The SQ score for the nurses who had suffered from violence was significantly higher than that of the nurses with no such experience (P〈0.05).The SQ score for nurses with career plan was significantly lower than that of the nurses with no career plan (P〈0.05).Conclusions The influencing factors were seniority,professional title,interpersonal relationship.The authorities should take targeted interven-tions based on the influencing factors,and improve nurses’sense of security,and stabilize the nursing team.
