摘要
罐头制品在生产加工、贮运保藏过程中因受到物理性、化学性、生物性因素污染而变质,会对人体带来的危害,本文针对造成污染的环节进行分析并提出相应的防治策略。
This article performed an analysis on the harm that canned food spoilage can do to human body due to pollution of physical, chemical, biological factors in the process of production and processing, storage and preservation. This paper discussed and analyzed the link where pollution occurred and put forward corresponding measures to prevent it.
