摘要
随着光收发模块向高速率方向发展,在电路设计中面对的信号完整性问题越来越显著。基于信号完整性理论和软件辅助仿真工具分析的高速电路设计方法,能够有效地解决所有可能出现的信号完整性问题。在光收发模块的高速电路设计中,差分信号互连设计是一种普遍的方式,本文针对差分信号在不同焊盘间距的条件下进行了HFSS仿真研究。另一方面,连接光模块PCB与光器件的引线,也是影响光模块信号完整性的重要因素,本文针对引线长度和焊点位置进行了仿真和改进研究。
With the continuous increase of the operating frequency in the optical transceiver, the signal integrity problems have become an important factor in digital circuit design. To solve the signal integrity problems effectively, the high-speed circuit design technique, which is based on the signal integrity theory and simulation software, is available. Differential signal has been commonly used in high-speed optical transceiver. In this thesis, HFSS is employed to analyze the characteristics of differential signal transmission with different pad pitches. Besides, the copper wires which connect the printed circuit board with the optical subassembly are also investigated and the results are discussed.
