摘要
文章以MSP430为主控制器,PID为控制算法,通过PWM控制电机转速,实现对风力摆的控制。硬件电路包括主控制器、光耦合器模块、声光报警模块、按键控制模块、液晶显示模块等。软件部分包含主程序、中断、显示、PID控制及按键等子程序。实验表明,风力摆系统可快速起摆、停止、按直线或曲线运动,具有较好的稳定性。
The paper designs wind pendulum control system, with MSP430 as the main controller, PID as control algorithm. The system is controlled by motor speed modulating by PWM. The hardware circuit includes main controller, optical coupler module, sound and light alarm module, the key control module and liquid crystal display module etc. Software part include the main program, interrupt, display, PID control and key subroutine. Experiments show that the wind pendulum system can swing up and stop quickly, move along the straight line and curve movement.
