摘要
针对东海特钢集团有限公司1450 mm热连轧生产线粗轧主电机在生产中电流过大,发热现象严重的问题,通过对现场轧制工艺规程的分析,得出主电机电流过大和发热的主要因素是粗轧各道次的压下量分配和轧制速度设定出现了问题。基于热连轧工艺技术对轧制工艺规程进行优化,提出解决方案,并在现场实地验证优化方案的合理性,证明粗轧主电机能够满足生产需要。
The temperature of the rough mill stand motor of 1450 mm hot continuous rolling mill rose up considerably clue to over-current during the operation at Donghai Special Steel. The field analysis to the schedule revealed that wrong reduction distribution in the passes and rolling speed setup are main factors to cause the over-current and heating of the rough mill stamt motor. The rolling sehedule was optimized with the hot continuous rolling technique and proved properly through trial running on the mill. This proves the motor is right for the mill.
