摘要
用Pro/E软件对转向节进行三维建模,详细研究三种基本危险工况及两种组合工况下转向节的受力情况,并用有限元法分析危险工况下转向节的强度,得到各种工况下的应力-应变图。计算结果表明,转向节设计方案完全满足技术要求,为转向节进一步结构优化提供依据。
The 3-D model of a steering knuckle was established with Pro/E software to analyze the force coudition of the steering knuckle under three basic dangerous conditions and two combined service conditions. The strength of the steering knuckle under dangerous service eonditions was analyzed by the meaus of finite element method aud the stress-strain diagram of the steering knuckle under various service conditions was obtained. The result reveals the design of the steering knuckle can meet the safety requirement and provides a basis for the further structural optimization.
