当一个新产业如一粒种子一样被埋进土壤之时,外界的嘲讽、质疑、甚至反对之声往往会接踵而至。然后它努力汲取阳光雨露,拼命扎根发芽,等到破土而出,乃至长成一株树苗时,外界的反对之声再无法将其拔除。而此时,命运已掌握在它自己手中：究竟能长得多快多高,取决于它能获取多少营养、自身是否健康强壮、是否能够抵御狂风暴雨。能够使它长成参天大树的,是它自己;能够令其枯萎的,也是它自己。
