我国部分大型煤头合成氨厂存在的致命隐忧

摘要 以一家已经停产尿素的大型煤头合成氨厂为例,分析了由于停产尿素、火炬系统、克劳斯装置回收H_2S和甲烷化精制等工艺缺陷,造成大量排放高浓度CO_2、火炬装置浪费和污染惊人、吨氨综合能耗较高等高排放、高能耗、高碳等致命隐忧。其他一些大型煤头合成氨厂也存在类似问题,需要引起有关部门和生产企业的高度关注。本文提出了克劳斯装置回收硫磺代替H_2S,高浓度CO_2大部分回收用于生产尿素或轻质碳酸钙,用液氮洗涤法取代甲烷化、或者用醇醚化催化剂取代甲烷化催化剂等低能耗、低排放、低碳的大型煤头合成氨新工艺。 Taking a large coal based synthetic ammonia plant of SINOPEC as an example,which has stopped the production of urea,the fatally secret worries because of the process defects are analyzed,including discharge of high concentration of CO_2,frightful waste and pollution of the torch device,high comprehensive energy consumption per ton of ammonia,and so on. The similar problems are also found in other large coal based synthetic ammonia plants. It needs to be paid much attention by the relevant departments and production enterprises. To solve these problems,a new process for synthetic ammonia production involving the use of Klaus device for recycling sulfur,recovery of high concentration CO_2 to produce urea or light calcium carbonate,application of liquid nitrogen washing method and alcohol ether catalyst,etc.,is propsed in the end.
