摘要
以丁二胺、己二酸为原料,经过成盐、预聚、后聚3个步骤得到黏均分子质量为40 000左右的聚酰胺46(PA46),并详细考察了PA46盐p H、预聚温度、压力对预聚物分子质量的影响,以及预聚物颗粒粒径、后聚温度、时间对后聚物分子质量的影响。通过FT-IR及DSC熔点对所得产物进行了表征,结果表明,所得产物即为PA46。实验所得PA46分子质量较高,聚合工艺条件较为温和,对我国PA46工业化生产具有一定的指导意义。
Polyamide 46( PA 46) is obtained by a three-step process including salification,prepolymerization and polycondensation,using butanediamine and adipic acid as raw materials. The viscosity-average molecular weight of the resultant PA 46 is about 40 000. The effects of p H of salt solution,temperature and pressure on the molecular weight of prepolymerization products,and the effects of the particle size of prepolymerization products,temperature,reaction time on the molecular weight of polycondensation products are investigated. The structure of the products is characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer( FT-IR) and differential scanning calorimetry( DSC) methods. The results show that high molecular weight of PA46 product is achieved under the mild conditions,which has an important guiding significance for the domestic industrial production of PA46.
