摘要
PO/SM联产工艺中PO产品塔聚合问题是制约装置平稳生产的主要因素之一,通过对聚合物出现前后的工艺对比,分析聚合的种类为聚甲醛,并研究了生成甲醛的反应机理、甲醛在系统中的转移历程及甲醛聚合反应的类型,通过对聚合物样品红外分析验证了上述结论。提出了通过在PO产品塔顶增加采出线以及调整环氧化反应器工艺条件等措施缓解甲醛聚合的难题。
In the PO/SM co-production process,the polymerization problem in PO product column seriously affects the normal production of the plant. Through the comparison of the process before and after the emergence of the polymerization,the product of polymerization is infered as polyoxymethylene. The reaction mechanism to generate formaldehyde,transfer process of formaldehyde in the system and the type of polymerization reaction for formaldehyde are studied. The results show that the polymerization of formaldehyde can be suppressed by increasing the product recovery overhead PO tower and adjusting epoxidation reactor process conditions.
