中国医学生对就读院校教育资源配置的评价研究

Study on the evaluation on universities＇ educational resources allocation of 6659 medical students

教育资源配置水平对于高校人才培养和教育质量具有重要影响.基于北京大学医学教育研究所“中国医学生纵向调查”2013年对全国30所高等院校6659名医学生自填式问卷调查数据,本文以医学生对学校资源配置评价作为测量指标,着重描述了医学生对就读院校基础设施、信息技术和师资等22种教育资源的评价状况,重点比较了不同隶属关系和办学类别高校的医学生对教育资源配置评价的差别.研究结果发现,50.9％的医学生认为文化娱乐设施不够用或极不够用,41.2％和37.4％的医学生认为自习室和运动场馆/地/设施不够用或极不够用,部属院校医学生对22种院校教育资源配置的评价水平均好于省属院校（P＜0.05）,综合性大学医学生对22种院校教育资源配置的评价水平均好于独立设置医学院校（P＜0.05）.基于以上研究结果,本文阐述了调查结果对于政府和高校优化医学教育资源配置和提高资源使用效率等方面的启示.

The level of educational resources allocation plays an important role in affecting the quality of health professionals education.Based on stratified multistage cluster sampling,a questionnaire survey was administered with 6659 second-year medical,nursing,and public health undergraduate students from 30 higher medical education institutions in China.It was found that the evaluation of 50.9 % respondents on the allocation of amenities is inadequate or highly inadequate,as well 41.2 % and 37.4%respondents on the allocation of classrooms and sports/recreational facilities respectively.Medical sophomore students in colleges or universities directly affiliated to the central ministries/departments/institutions prefer to give a better sufficient evaluation than medical sophomore students in colleges or universities directly affiliated to the provincial/municipal/prefectural departments/institutions （P 〈 0.05）,medical sophomore students in comprehensive universities prefer to give a better sufficient evaluation than medical sophomore students in medicine ＆amp; pharmacy colleges or universities （P 〈 0.05）.Finally,the authors discussed some measures and reasons of the study finds on relevant government and colleges or universities policies,such as optimizing the resources allocatiou and improve the efficiency of higher medical educational resources.
