大学生创新性实验项目对医学生创新思维培养的研究

The investigation of university student innovation program in cultivating research thinking ability of medical students

目的 探讨大学生创新性实验项目在医学生创新思维培养方面的作用.方法 选择上海交通大学医学院五年制临床医学专业400名学生为研究对象,采用问卷调查和访谈法,调查大学生创新性实验项目对医学生综合素质、科研能力、创造性思维能力培养的效果.结果 大学生创新性实验项目在培养医学生创新思维方面的效果,高年级学生优于低年级学生,参与者优于不参与者,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 大学生创新性实验项目能够激发医学生科学研究的热情,培养学生主动思考问题、解决问题的能力,在科研创新思维培养中具有积极作用.

Objective To evaluate the effects of university utudent innovation program in cultivating medical undergraduate creative thinking ability.Methods 400 questionnaires concerning comprehensive capacity,research ability,creative thinking ability were distributed to medical students from Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine.Results Senior and junior students outperform freshmen and sophomore（P〈0.05）.Participants outperform non-participants（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Sudent experimental program stimulates student research enthusiasm and encourages student to think and solve problems independently.It plays an important role in cultivating student creative thinking ability.
