论“产婆术”教学思想在医学生卫生法学理论教学中的应用

摘要 本研究基于我国目前医学生卫生法学理论教学的现状与面临的困境,通过探讨“产婆术”“善于利用错误”“鼓励自主发现”和“注重递进推理”的思想内核,提出一种首先对知识点进行模块化整合,再将各模块内知识点网络化处理的授课思路,以克服当前卫生法学理论教学中的不足,为该课程的理论教学改革提供参考. This study proposes a new teaching method which integrates all the knowledge points with modularity and then processes the knowledge points in each module with net working according to discussing the idea crux of the "Socrates Dialogue" which contains "using the students' errors well" "encouraging explorative learning" "rephrasing reasoning progressively" based on the present situation and dilemma of the theory teaching practice of health law for medical students in our country.This study aims at overcoming the defects of theory teaching practice of health law at present and offering reference for theory teaching practice reform of this course.
