医学院校夜大学教学现状调查与对策研究

Investigation and countermeasure research on the teaching status of evening colleges in medical university

采用问卷调查方法对北京大学医学部夜大学学生基本情况和工作情况、家庭和工作对学生学习的影响、学生对教学工作的评价等9个方面进行实证研究,有针对性地提出教学发展的对策,为医学院校夜大学教学改革提供依据.调查结果表明,目前夜大学学生具有家学矛盾相对较小、工学矛盾突出的特点;学生对教学工作的评价高,教学现状的总体情况良好;加强临床能力的培养是发展方向.针对学生及教学现状的特点,夜大学应该充分依托学校优质教学资源的优势,积极探索夜大学医学教育规律,建立适合夜大学学生学习的人才培养模式和教学管理制度,不断提高医学人才培养质量.

Using methods of questionnaires,the investigators analyzed nine aspects of students in Peking University Health Science Center （PUHSC）,which were the general statistics and working situation,the influences on study from family and work,and the evaluation on teaching,etc.Then the investigators could put forward some proposals in favor of teaching developments specifically,also provide data supports and references for teaching reforms of evening colleges in medical university.Results showed that there were less conflicts between family and study,but more conflicts between work and study.Students spoke highly of teaching work,and the status were in good condition.Also,clinical training should be stressed in the future.According to the characteristic of students and teaching status in evening colleges,the investigators should explore the laws of education based on high quality teaching resources of university,establish talents training modes and teaching management system to improve the training quality.
