随着我军体制编制调整改革的深入推进,装备保障体制的改革是大势所趋,而且也是一项系统性、全局性、长远性的战略任务,事关我军未来装备保障整体的建设发展。深入分析了我军装备保障体制的构成、改革的指导思想和原则、改革的影响因素,以及装备保障体制改革的过程与方式。

As the system reform deepens in our army,the equipment support mechanism will also undergo reform. It is a systematic,global and long-term strategic task crucial to the development of the equipment support. This paper analyzes the constitution of our army＇s equipment support system,the guiding ideology and principle of the reform and the factors that affect the reform. The process and the mode of the reform are also explored.
