基于改进型ABC分类法的车辆周转器材库存结构调整

Structural Adjustment of Vehicle Turnover Equipment on the Base of Improved ABC Inventory Classification

在传统的ABC分类法的基础上,提出改进型ABC分类法模型。首先分析车辆周转器材库存结构调整的相关概念,然后给出改进型ABC分类法模型和权重计算方法,应用最小二乘法进行库存消耗预测,最后通过部队应用实例进行验证。结果表明,改进型ABC分类法符合部队车辆周转器材库存结构调整实际,为车辆周转器材库存结构调整提供了一套行之有效的解决方案。

An improved ABC inventory classification model is presented on the base of traditional ABC inventory classification. With an introduction to the basic concepts concerning structural adjustment of vehicle turnover equipment,this paper prensents the model of the improved ABC inventory classification and the weight calculating method. Then the least-squares method is used to predict the consumption of vehicle turnover equipment,which is verified by its application. The result shows that this method is feasible and can be applied to the structural adjustment of the vehicle turnover equipment in our army.
