战争形态演进及信息系统发展趋势

Research on War Morphology Evolution and Trend of Military Information System

本文从决定战争形态的关键特征要素:战斗力生成模式出发,把握信息系统发展规律,对机械化战争和信息化战争中战斗力生成模式和信息系统装备形态从量变到质变的转变过程进行了细致分析和划代;在对比分析转变过程中战斗力生成模式和信息系统装备不同形态本质特征及其相互牵引驱动的基础上,将机械化战争和信息化战争细分为单平台机械化战争、信息系统支持下机械化战争以及信息系统支持下信息化战争,指出战斗力生成模式将从单平台武器打击发展到信息系统将各作战要素融合集成的一体化作战体系,而这一体系的核心是围绕导弹武器、电磁武器和信息武器构成的导弹武器打击链、电磁武器打击链和信息武器打击链,围绕三种打击链构建的网络信息体系是当前和未来一段时间内信息系统主要发展方向,也是信息系统装备建设重点。

Development pattern of the combat-effectiveness generation-mode（ CGM） and arm conformation of mechanized and informationized warfare,which is mutual promoted and qualitatively transformed from quantitative accumulation,are analyzed in detail and divided by generations based on the key element of the war morphology CGM. After contrastively analyzing the essential characteristics of different arm conformations of information systems and their influences on the CGMs,we further divide the mechanized and informationized warfare into single-platform mechanized warfare,information-system-supported mechanized warfare and information-system-supported informationized warfare,figure out the CGM will transformed from single-platform strike to integrated system,which fuses every force,unit and element in the battlefield. The core of the battle system is to set the missile-strike kill chain,electromagnetism-strike kill chain and the information-strike kill chain and to build the fundamental information systems.
