延伸护理在肺结核患者中的应用

Application of extended nursing care in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis

目的:探讨延伸护理在肺结核患者中应用效果。方法:将80例肺结核患者随机分为实验组和对照组各40例,对照组出院1、3、6个月进行随访和复查,实验组行延续护理并在出院1、3、6个月进行随访和复查。比较两组服药依从性、病灶好转率、生存质量、护理满意度。结果:实验组服药依从性好于对照组(P<0.05),实验组肺部病灶好转率、生存质量量表评分、护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肺结核患者应用延伸护理,可明显改善患者状况,促进其康复,提高护理满意度。

Objective： To explore the application effect of the extended nursing care in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods： 80 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group（ 40 cases in each group）. The patients were followed up and reviewed respectively in one month,3 and 6 months after they were discharged from hospital in the control group; the extended nursing care was additionally implemented in the experimental group,the medication compliance,lesion improvement rate,quality of life and satisfaction of nursing care were compared between the two groups. Results： The medication compliance of the patients was better in the experimental group than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the improvement rate of lung lesions,the scores of quality of life of the patients and satisfaction of nursing care were better and higher than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Implementation of the extended nursing care for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis can significantly improve the patient＇s condition,promote their recovery and improve nursing satisfaction.
