现实定向训练护理干预对住院慢性精神分裂症患者社会功能恢复程度的影响

Effect of nursing intervention of reality-oriented training on social function recovery of patients with chronic schizophrenia

目的:探讨现实定向训练护理干预对住院慢性精神分裂症患者社会功能恢复的影响。方法:将收治的80例住院慢性精神分裂症患者随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组只给予抗精神病药物维持治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予现实定向训练护理干预;两组疗程均为3个月。采用健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)对两组进行干预前后的生存质量分析,以日常生活能力(ADL)量表评估患者的生活能力,使用社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)为评分标准对患者的社会功能进行评定。结果:两组治疗后生存质量、日常生活能力、社会功能均明显优于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后观察组生存质量、日常生活能力、社会功能改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对住院慢性精神分裂症患者实施现实定向训练护理干预,可更好地提高患者的日常生活能力、社会功能,对患者生存质量的改善具有重要的临床意义。

Objective： To explore the effect of nursing intervention of reality- oriented training on social function recovery of patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods： 80 hospitalized patients with chronic schizophrenia were randomly divided onto the control group and the observation group（ 40 cases in each group）. The patients in the control group were given maintenance treatment with antipsychotic drug and the patients in the observation group were provided nursing intervention of reality- oriented training based on the routine treatment and nursing care,the course of treatment in the two groups were three months. The SF- 36,ADL and SDSS were used to evaluate the quality of life,ability of ADL and the social function of the patients in the two groups before and after treatment. Results： The quality of life,ADL and the social function of the patients were significantly superior after treatment to those before treatment in the two groups（ P〈0. 05）; the scores of quality and the ability of ADL and social function of the patients improved significantly in the observation group than the control group after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Implementation of nursing intervention of reality- oriented training in the hospitalized patients with chronic schizophrenia can better improve the patient＇s ability of ADL and social function.
