开级配大粒径沥青碎石OLSM-25路用性能试验研究

摘要 为了研究开级配大粒径沥青碎石混合料(Open—graded Large StoneAsphalt Mixes,OLSM)OLSM-25的路用性能,以应用变I法原理设计的OLSM-25推荐级配上限、中值、下限为1#~3#试验级配,采用大马歇尔试验、无侧限抗压强度试验及抗压回弹模量试验评价其力学特性,采用100mm厚度试板的车辙试验评价OLSM-25的高温稳定性,采用劈裂试验评价OLSM-25的低温抗裂性,采用浸水大马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验评价OLSM-25的水稳定性,结果表明:级配对OLSM-25的动稳定度及劈裂强度影响显著;在此基础上提出OLSM-25的力学特性、高温稳定性、s低温抗裂性、水稳定性技术指标,为OLSM-25的配合比设计及施工控制提供了参考依据。 In order to do study on road performance for Open - graded Large Stone Asphalt Mixes ( OLSM - 25 ), the upper, middle, and lower limit of the recommended variable I principle have been taken as 1 # ~ 3 # test gradation range of OLSM - 25 designed by using of the gradations, the large Marshall test, unconfined compressive strength test and compression modulus test have been used to evaluate the mechanical properties of OLSM - 25, the rutting test with 100 mm thick test plate has been used to evaluate its high temperature stability, the split test has been used to evaluate its anti -cracking performance under low temperature, the large immersion Marshall test and the freeze - thaw splitting test have been used to evaluate its water stability, results showed that, gradations of OLSM -25 affected its dynamic stability and splitting strength significantly. Based on all of these, technical indicators of its mechanical properties, high temperature stability, anti -cracking performance under low temperature, water sta- bility have been proposed for OLSM -25, and reference have been provided for the gradation design and construc- tion control of OLSM -25.
