Cu^(2+)/ZnO-蒙脱石对断奶仔猪生长性能、肠道菌群、黏膜二糖酶活性及肠黏膜形态的影响 被引量:9

Effects of Cu^(2+)/ZnO-Montmorillonite Complexes on Growth Performance, Intestinal Microflora, Mucosa Disaccharidase Activities and Morphology of Weanling Pigs

摘要 本试验旨在研究Cu^(2+)/ZnO-蒙脱石对断奶仔猪生长性能、肠道菌群、黏膜二糖酶活性及肠粘膜形态的影响。选择192头(体重9.50±0.5)kg的35日龄断奶杜×长×大三元杂交仔猪随机分为6个处理组,每个处理4个重复。分别饲喂基础日粮(对照组);基础日粮+2.0 g/kg蒙脱石;基础日粮+60 mg/kg CuSO_4·5H_2O(相当于铜在Cu^(2+)/ZnO–蒙脱石中的含量);基础日粮+74 mg/kg ZnSO_4·7H_2O(相当于锌在Cu^(2+)/ZnO–蒙脱石中的含量);基础日粮+2.0 g/kg ZnO–蒙脱石;基础日粮+2.0 g/kg Cu^(2+)/ZnO-蒙脱石;试验期42 d。结果表明:与对照组、ZnO-蒙脱石组、蒙脱石组、CuSO_4组和ZnSO_4组相比,饲粮中添加2.0 g/kg Cu^(2+)/ZnO-蒙脱石可获得更高的平均日增重和饲料转换率(P<0.05);显著降低了小肠和结肠内容物中大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌的数量(P<0.05);显著提高了空肠黏膜二糖酶的活性(P<0.05);显著提高了小肠绒毛高度和绒毛高度与隐窝深度的比值(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,蒙脱石组、CuSO_4组和ZnSO_4组在生长性能、肠道菌群和空肠黏膜二糖酶活性及黏膜形态上差异不显著(P>0.05)。饲粮中添加Cu^(2+)/ZnO–蒙脱石显著提高断奶仔猪的平均日增重和饲料转化率,降低肠道内大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌的数量,提高了空肠黏膜二糖酶的活性,改善肠黏膜形态。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of Cu2+/ZnO-montmorillonite complexes on growth performance, intestinal microflora, mucosa disaccharidase activities and intestinal morphology of weanling pigs. A total of 192 weanling pigs (Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire) with 35 days of age and average initial body weight of 9. 50±0.50 kg were allocated to six dietary treatments in a randomized complete block design for 42 days, each of which was replicated four times with eight pigs per replicate (half male, half female). The dietary treatments were: basal diet, basal diet + 2.0 g/kg MMT, basal diet + 60 mg/kg copper as CuSO4· 5H2O (equivalent to the copper content in the Cu2+/ZnO-MMT ), basal diet + 74 mg/kg zinc as ZnSO4·7H2O (equivalent to the zinc content in the Cu2+/ZnO-MMT ), basal diet+2.0 g/kg ZnO-MMT, basal diet+2.0 g/kg Cu2VZnO-MMT. The results showed that pigs fed Cu2+/ZnO- MMT had higher (P〈0.05) average daily gain (ADG) and feed conversion than those fed the basal diet, ZnO-MMT or MMT or CuSO4 or ZnSO4. Supplementation with Cu2*/ZnO-MMT significantly reduced (P〈0.05) the total viable counts of salmonella and Escherichia coli in the small intestinal and proximal colon, increased (P〈0.05) jejunum mucosa disaccharidase activities, and increased (P〈0.05) villus height and the villus height to crypt depth ratio at the small intestinal mucosa as compared with control, ZnO-MMT or MMT or CuSO4 or ZnSO4. However, supplementation with MMT or CuS04 or ZnSO4 had no (P〉0.05), effect on growth performance, intestinal microflora and jejunum mucosa disaccharidase activities as compared with control. These data indicated that compared with ZnO-MMT or MMT or CuSO4 or ZnSO4, Cu2+/ZnO-MMT was more effective to improve the growth performance, intestinal microflora, mucosa disaccharidase activities and intestinal morphology of weanling pigs.
