香蕉茎叶作为饲料原料的研究进展

Progress Research Advance on Developing Banana Stalk Leafs as Feed Stuff

我国是香蕉生产大国,香蕉茎叶是生产香蕉的副产物,一直未得到很好的利用。本文综述了我国香蕉茎叶的产量、产地、营养价值、国内外对香蕉茎叶资源在动物饲料中应用的研究状况,并论述了香蕉茎叶作为动物饲料的限制因素和分析了其饲料化进程中存在的问题与对策,为今后的研究工作提供参考。

Bananas are extensively planted in China, banana stem and leaf is the by-product of banana production, which have not been well utilized. This paper summarized the output, origin, nutritive value, application status and research in animal feed of banana stern and leaf in china, and utilization of it in the world. Discuss restrict factors of banana stem and leaf as feed stuff, and analyze the problems and countermeasure of developing it as animal feed resourses to provide reference for future research work.
