摘要
对宁夏枸杞主要品种psbA-trntH的DNA条形码序列进行分析,从分子水平对枸杞做出鉴定。采用改进CTAB法提取枸杞叶片DNA,利用合成的特异引物对其叶绿体间隔序列进行扩增、克隆,对目的片段测序分析,克隆到枸杞主要品种psbA-trntH片段,并获得其碱基序列(总长为545bp)。
In this paper, it analyzed the DNA barcode sequences of psbA-trntH, the main variety of lycium barbarum, and identified it at the molecule level. Improved CTAB was adopted to acquire DNA of lycium barbarum, leaf, and composite special primers was made use of to propagate and clone chloroplast intergenic space sequence. And then we did sequencing analysis of the target segment, cloned a piece of lycium barbarum "psbA-trntH", and gained its base sequence (total length is 545 bp).
