摘要
目前社会对人才的需求越来越多样化和专业化。针对食品工程专业硕士研究生的培养目标和培养模式进行调研,在此基础上分析沈阳农业大学在该培养环节中存在的优势及不足,提出培养模式的改革方向与措施,以促进食品工程专业硕士研究生实践能力的提高。
At present, the demand for talented person of the society is becoming more and more diversified and specialized. The paper did the investigation for the training target and mode of master in food engineering major, on the basis of it, the paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages existing in the training step in Shenyang agricultural university, raised the reform direction and measures for the training mode, in order to promote the increasing of the practical ability for those masters in food engineering major.
