益生菌在畜禽生产中的作用及其研究进展

Function of Probiotics and Its r Research Progress in Animal Production

近年来畜禽养殖中抗生素的长期滥用导致病原菌的耐药性越来越严重,养殖业成本不断增加,抗生素残留于动物体及其肉蛋奶中更威胁到了人类健康;饲料中限用和禁用抗生素已成为畜牧业发展的趋势,益生菌作为无毒、无害、无残留、无污染的微生态制剂,具有维持动物消化道微生物区系平衡、增强畜禽的抗病能力、提高动物生产性能等优点,可作为绿色畜禽养殖中理想的抗生素替代品。本文综述了畜禽生产中主要的益生菌、对动物的益生作用及其在畜禽养殖中的应用现状。

In recent years,The problem of antibiotics abuse led to the drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria was more and more serious,the breeding cost was increasing,the antibiotic residues in animal body has threaten to human health;Limit of antibiotics in feed has become a trend in the development of animal husbandry.The probioties as a feed additives was nontoxic,no residue,no pollution,is to maintain the animal gut mieroflora balance,Probiotics can maintained the animal gut microflora balance, strengthen the disease resistance of livestock and poultry and improved animal production performance,h can be used as a kind of ideal substitute for green antibiotics in animal production. The typical probiotics and its application in livestock and poultrv production were be reviewed in this article.
