对中医英语翻译的思考

The Reflection to the Chinese-English Translation of TCM

中医是中国特有的一门古典医学,在中外文化交流中起着越来越重要的作用。然而中医是中国所固有的一种医学体系,其特有的理论体系和行文风格给中医英译造成了极大的困难。本文作者针对中医翻译现状,从中医英译的原则、方法和前景三个方面进行思考,提出自己的理解和看法。

TCM（Traditional Chinese Medicine）is a uniqae classical medicine in China.It plays an increasingly impor/ant role in the Sino-foreign cultural communication.However,TCM is a medical system inherent in China.Its unique theoretical system and writing style bring great difficulties to the English translation.Based on the current translation situation of TCM,the author thinks over from the three aspects of the principles,methods and prospects and puts forward her own understanding and views.
