积极心理学视阈下大学生科创能力培养的探析

摘要 科创是初级的科研,对于绝大多数学生而言,由于缺乏经验和方向,必然困难重重,容易产生畏惧和退缩心理。因此,本文提出利用积极心理学理论作为切入点,对大学生科创活动进行指导,以积极向上的理念夯实其乐观、自信的心理基础,缓解其焦虑心态,引导其健康、科学地参加科创活动。 Innovation competition is the primary scientific research, for the vast majority of students, due to the lack of experience and direction, there are many inevitable difficulties, and they are prone to have the psychological state of fear and withdrawal. Thereby, it is presented the idea that taking the theory of positive psychology as the breakthrough point to guide the innovation activities of college students in this work. Positive ideas are applied to lay a solid foundation for optimism and confidence psychology, ease their anxiety mentality and guide them to participate in innovation activities in healthy and scientific.
