Analysis on the Policy Measures Supporting the University Technology Transfer by Developed Nations

当前,完善大学技术转移扶持政策已经成为实施创新驱动发展战略的重要抓手。从立法扶持、经济扶持、能力扶持的角度对发达国家扶持大学技术转移的政策措施进行系统整理和分析,总结当前大学技术转移扶持政策的特征与演化态势,并在此基础上就优化我国的大学技术转移扶持政策提出相关建议。

Currently, it is important to improve the university technology transfer polieies to support the implementation of innovation - driven development strategy. A systematic analysis is made to identify the policy measures supporting university technology transfer by developed nations from the perspective of legislative support, financial support and competence sup- port. Based on the current characteristics and tendency of policies supporting university technology transfer, some recom- mendations are given on the optimization of policies measures supporting university technology transfer in China.
