摘要 随着全球经济的飞速发展,企业间竞争愈发激烈,创新成为科技型小微企业持续发展、在竞争中站稳脚跟的关键因素。受自身条件限制,寻求支持,从外部获取资源已成为科技型小微企业生存发展的必然趋势。联盟网络的兴起为科技型小微企业技术创新和转型升级提供了机会。小微企业通过联盟网络密切合作,整合联盟资源与生产要素,实现资源共享,增强实力,提高创新能力。以创新资源为中介变量研究科技型小微企业网络关系特征对企业创新绩效的作用机制,利用SPSS19.0和Lisrel8.70软件对回收的246份问卷数据进行信度分析、探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析、相关分析和回归分析,研究结果显示:科技型小微企业联盟网络关系特征对企业的创新绩效有显著的促进作用,且创新资源在联盟网络关系特征和企业创新绩效之间有部分中介作用。 With the rapid development of global economy, the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. Innovation has become the key factor of the sustainable development of science and technology small and micro en- terprises and a firm foothold in the competition. Limited by its own conditions, seeking support, access to resources from the outside has become the inevitable trend of science and technology small and micro enterprises for survival and develop- ment. The alliance network provides the opportunity to science and technology small and micro enterprises in technology in- novation and transformation and upgrading. Through using software SPSS19.0 and Lisrel8.70, this article conducts reliabil- ity analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, con'elation analysis and regression analysis to 246 questionnaires. The result of the study shows that the alliance network relationship characteristic of science and technology small and micro enterprises plays a significant role in promoting innovation performance. And innovation resources have cer- tain mediating effect on the alliance network relationship characteristic and enterprise innovation performance.
