摘要
在国家"一带一路"战略背景下,政府正在大力推动能源、交通、通信等EPC总承包工程的全球布局。对EPC总承包项目内知识转移主体的意愿和能力进行梳理,基于演化博弈对EPC项目内主体间的知识转移博弈进行分析,从动态视角探讨各要素对总包单位和分包单位知识转移行为的影响,并给出提高EPC总承包项目内知识转移效果的建议。
Under the background of B＆R （The Belt and Road） national strategy, the government is striving to promote global industrial distribution which includes many EPC general contract projects such as energy, traffic, telecommunication and etc. The paper clearly studies the intention and behavior of knowledge transfer agent in EPC general contract projects and builds up evolutionary game model to analyze how different elements influence individuals＇knowledge transfer behavior in EPC general contract projects. Then the paper advises to promote the effect of knowledge transfer.
