企业策略对创业生态系统绩效影响探究被引量：3

The Impact of Enterprise Strategy on the Performance of Entrepreneurship Ecosystem

摘要通过建立复杂的创业生态系统模型,纳入发展周期变量,运用仿真的方法完整地模拟了企业创业生态系统中各主体之间的相互作用,将创业企业按成长阶段划分为新创业企业和成熟企业,主要探讨新创企业的策略和成熟企业的策略对创业生态系统绩效的影响,为提升创业园区绩效提出建议。研究结论表明:(1)成熟企业独立探索策略较合作探索策略对创业系统绩效正向影响较大;(2)初始创业企业选择开发型策略更有利于创业生态系统绩效提升。 The paper established a comprehensive ecosystem model including period, simulated the interaction of the a- gents in the ecosystem, and discussed the impact of strategy on enterprises of different stages. Then the paper provided ad- vice on improving the performance of the system. The conclusion is as follows ：（ 1 ） The independent innovation strategy has more significant and positive influences on the performance compared with cooperating strategy ; （2） Development strategy of start - ups is more favorable to the performance of the entrepreneurship ecosystem.
