摘要
目的 对土源性线虫病的防控措施进行优化集成,探索更经济有效的防治对策。方法 选择四川省丹棱县和威远县作为观察县,在2个观察县实施不同的防治措施。通过人群土源性线虫感染率等指标评价防治效果。结果丹棱和威远县从2006年基线调查到2009年考核评价,土源性线虫感染率均呈下降趋势(χ^2丹=799.41,χ^2威=367.172,P均〈0.01),土源性线虫感染率分别从57.12%和32.60%下降到10.06%和3.21%,下降幅度分别为82.39%和90.15%。结论 丹棱县开展的综合防治措施和威远县对目标人群开展的长期、持续地健康教育干预,并引导居民主动服药驱虫的措施对降低土源性线虫感染率均有显著成效,各地可因地制宜,集成优化防控措施,选择经济有效的方法来降低土源性线虫病感染率。
Objective To optimize and integrate the prevention strategy for soil - transmitted nematodiasis, to explore more economical and effective prevention strategies. Methods Danling county and Weiyuan county were selected to observe the effects of different prevention measures. The infection rate of soil - transmitted nematode was used to evaluate. Results The infection rate of soil - transmitted nematode in danling and weiyuan have decreased by years from 2006 to 2009 ( χ^2danling = 799.41, χ^2weiyuan= 367. 172, P 〈 0. 01 ) The infection rate in danling decreased from 57.12 % in 2006 to 10. 06 % in 2009, which decreased by 82.39 %. The infection rate in weiyuan decreased from 32. 60 % in 2006 to 3.21% in 2009, which decreased by 90. 15%. Conclusion The comprehensive prevention strategies were implemented in Danling. The health education strategies which promoted the villagers to buy and take antiscolic were implemented in Weiyuan. Both counties had achieved great success. It is suggested that different prevention measures should be implemented to local conditions.
