2012年四川省阿坝州布鲁氏杆菌病监测结果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解四川省阿坝州布鲁氏杆菌病(布病)疫情,分析人间布病和动物间布病的传播情况。方法2012年阿坝州人间布病监测在若尔盖和理县开展,动物间布病监测在红原、阿坝、壤塘、松潘、马尔康、若尔盖和金川7县开展,进行流行病学调查并使用血清学方法检测相关动物及与动物接触的人群。对检测样本用虎红平板试验进行初筛,试管凝集试验确认。血清标准试管凝集试验(SAT)滴度为1∶100(++)及以上判定为阳性。结果人间监测方面在阿坝州若尔盖县发现1例布病患者,阳性率为0.40%(1/248),理县未发现布病患者;动物间监测方面,红原、阿坝、松潘、壤塘、马尔康、金川和若尔盖7县牛和羊血检总阳性率为3.67%(241/6 568),其中牛布病阳性率为5.31%(202/3 805),羊布病阳性率为1.41%(39/2 763)。结论阿坝州人间布病呈散发,动物间布病形势严峻,今后应继续加强人间和动物间布病监测,加强重点人群健康教育,防止布病暴发。 Objective To clarify the brucellosis infection status in Aba prefecture of Sichuan province, and to analyze the transmitting condition of human and animal brucellosis. Methods Epidemiology survey and serology methods were adopted to study related animals and key people. Red bengal plate test RBPT was used first and tube agglutination test SAT was affirmed. Titer positive was above 1: 100. Results There was one patient confirmed in Ruoergai. The positive rate was 0.40% (1/248). No patient was found in Lixian county. The overall positive rate in yaks and sheep was 3.67% (241/6 568) in the seven counties. The positive rate in yaks was 5.31% (202/3 805) and in sheep, the positive rate wasl. 41% (39/2 763). Conclusion The brucellosis is scattered in Aba prefecture and the epidemic status is severe in the animals. Surveillance in both vulnerable people and related animals need to be strengthened. Meanwhile, health education in the key populations should be intensified to prevention the outbreak of the disease.
